GB import controls
Several Indian products are on the GB list of high-risk food not of animal origin. The importer pre-notifies each consignment on IPAFFS and enters through a designated border control post. Where an official certificate is required, we arrange sampling and certification in India before the container is loaded.

| Groundnuts and groundnut products | Official certificate and laboratory results (aflatoxins) | 50% |
| Rice | Pre-notification and increased checks, no certificate | 5% |
| Guar gum | Pre-notification and increased checks, no certificate | 20% |
